Annie raised the price by 40,000 and sold it at listing price in the first weekend of sale (2 days). The transaction was efficient with Annie at the helm and smoothing over any bumps along the way.
When it came to buying, Annie gave us her honest feedback about each home, noticing structural and water damage in a few homes. She kept an eye on everything from cracks in the ceiling, water spots, improper drainage, old appliances, layouts, school districts, etc. She made the process easy and enjoyable.
